Dear German Teacher,
Your students are invited to participate in The Friendship Connection, a four week home-and-home exchange program between high schools in the United States and "Gymnasien" in Germany, primarily Hessen and Baden Wuerttemberg. Our exchange program was developed in 1981 by high school teachers in Ohio and Germany. Our goal was to establish an "on going" and inexpensive alternative to the high priced national exchange programs. Last year, close to 200 high schools in the U. S. participated in our exchange program.
